Here we explain, in plain terms, what data we collect on this website, what we use it for and what rights you have, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Data controller
- Controller
- Marta Ulecia García (Nueva Página)
- Tax ID (NIF)
- 30462470M
- Address
- Calle Espliego 17, 14012 Córdoba (Spain)
- [email protected]
What data we process
- What you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone (if you provide it), the plan you are interested in and your message.
- What you send us by email if you write to us directly.
- Technical data: as on any website, the server automatically logs visitors' IP address and browser, for security.
- Visit statistics: with Cloudflare Web Analytics we know, in aggregate, how many visits the website gets, from which type of device and country, which website they come from and how fast it loads. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not let us know who you are.
What we use it for
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the quote you ask for.
- If you hire us, to provide the service, communicate with you and issue invoices.
- To keep the website secure and working, and improve it with the visit statistics.
We do not use your data to send you advertising and we make no automated decisions with it.
Why we can use it (legal basis)
- Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, such as preparing a quote (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- The contract, if you hire us (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Legal obligations, such as invoicing (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and knowing how it is used, for technical data and visit statistics (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long we keep it
- If you do not hire us: up to one year after our last contact.
- If you are a client: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law for tax and commercial obligations (up to 6 years).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties, except where required by law. To run the website we use these providers, who process data only on our behalf (data processors):
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative): receives the contact form and forwards it to us by email.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, visit statistics and forwarding of email to [email protected].
- Google: email service (Gmail) where we receive and reply to your messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data protection".
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies, stores no information in your browser and has no advertising. For visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. That is why we do not show you any cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14.
The Spanish version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
